SALES COORDINATOR

Following the development of our business strategy, we are looking for:
SALES COORDINATOR
Key responsibilities
- Process orders for supply, inquiries, requests via email or phone and upload duly on time each order so that the Sales force and other responsible Departments for processing to be timely updated for pending orders;
- Process and management in SAP of extra deliveries (sent out of working time or during the weekend);
- Check the availability for meeting customers’ requests for delivery and responsible for the accurate data input of the orders based on customers requests;
- Issuing documents for advance payments and coordinates with other Departments data received from customers regarding payments;
- Communicate with other involved Departments pending issues, addressing glitches, backorders, and any product and delivery conflicts;
- Coordinate the process of sales orders processing between the involved Departments;
- Interfaces on a daily basis with the customers, the sales force and other involved Departments on product and inventory availability and estimated time of deliveries, shipping status;
- Answer customer inquiries on the availability to perform sales orders and status of delivery of order already accepted;
- Notify customers by email or phone regarding shipping delays and coordinates the process in order to provide to the customers the best possible service on delivery;
- Send customers respective declarations, certificates and other similar documents for the shipped products;
- Respond promptly to emails received and process requests as needed;
- Contact customers to resolve customer inquiries, problems and quality complaints;
- Verify the data input on returned reusable packing materials and answers customers inquires on status of their returns for specific period;
- Perform customer verifications;
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes;
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions;
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school or university degree;
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a plus;
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate through programs and applications;
- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus;
- Customer oriented person with ability to articulate details in a professional manner;
- “Team player” with strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate calmly under pressure;
- Strong “time-management” skills and multi task person, i.e. talk on the phone and process orders at the same time;
- Creativity and ability to resolve customer issues;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Adaptive and self-driven personality;
- Ability to follow instructions and directions.
