ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION DEVELOPER

Following the development of our business strategy, we are looking for:
ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION DEVELOPER
One part of our daily business is to investigate in potential new products and to coordinate their first realization. In this context we are about to implement a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution and are searching for specialists to join our team and support this initiative.
Responsibilities:
Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of automations of business processes using RPA tools;
Developing bots, creating macros, staging and deploying automation solutions into test and live environments;
Coordinate and fulfil testing together with business users;
Troubleshooting and resolution of development related issues;
Design technical documentation for RPA Projects;
Qualifications required:
Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business information systems or computer science or any similar qualification;
Basic or advanced experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, NICE, WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere etc.;
At least 2 years of professional experience in programming, SQL and relational databases, and application development;
Experience in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, knowledge of .Net framework;
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments;
Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Design technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable;
Further requirements:
Fluent in English; knowledge in German would be an advantage;
Open mindset, passion, creativity and proactivity;
Good communication skills;
Be comfortable to interact with business customers in an international context;
